The fully equipped kitchen flows into a spacious living area designed for gathering and relaxation, complemented by in-unit laundry and a carport for convenient parking.

Winter season (Jan–Mar): 1-month minimum stays. Check-in/out on the 1st or last day of the month.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $99.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
